BIN-Credible Haul offers temporary rental of reusable moving bins, dollies, and other moving accessories, along with delivery and pickup services.

By renting our products, you agree to:

• Use the bins and equipment responsibly and only for moving-related purposes.
   
• Return all rented items by the agreed-upon pickup date, unless an extension is requested.
   
• Pay for any lost, damaged, or unreturned items at the rates specified in your order confirmation or posted on our website.
•  All reusable bins and equipment shall be cleaned upon return, ensuring they meet the required standards of hygiene and functionality  

Need more time? No problem—extensions are available for an additional weekly fee.

• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
   
• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless noted.
   
• We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your card details.
   

• Delivery and pickup are included in most local orders. Delivery dates and times will be confirmed with you upon booking.
   
• You must be present (or have a designated person available) for delivery and pickup.
   
• If no one is available at the time of scheduled pickup, additional charges may apply.
   

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before delivery will receive a full refund.
   
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
   
• No refunds are issued once bins have been delivered.
   

BIN-Credible Haul is not responsible for:

• Damages caused during your move
   
• Injuries related to the use or misuse of our bins or equipment
   
• Loss of personal items packed in the bins
   

We do our best to provide clean, durable products, but all use is at your own risk.

All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and product names—is the property of BIN-Credible Haul and may not be used without permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
